Visitors to the Sainte Genevieve Museum Learning Center had the opportunity to have their finds identified by museum curator Guy Darrough. Darrough held the first Fossil Identification Clinic on Wednesday, March 23. Those who brought in their geologic curiosities finally were able to put a name to what they found….chert nodules, geodes, concretions and more.
The Fossil Identification Clinic will likely be a regular event, so watch for upcoming dates.
